फा०ग्रा० 524 ( अ ) भूमिगत रेस (संकर्म निर्माण ) अधिनियम, 1978 के अंतर्गत सक्षम प्राधिकारी की रपट पर यना केन्द्रीय सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि नीचे श्रनुसूची में यथार्थाणत भूमि. भवन इत्यादि में उपयोग का अधिकार ( अण्डर ग्राउण्ड अधिकार ) , कलकत्सा नगर में मार्वजनिक व्यय पर कलकत्ता मैट्रो रेलवे तथा उसमे संबंधित अन्य संकर्मों के निर्माण एक सार्वजनिक उद्देश्य के लिए अधिग्रहण कर लिया जाए ;
अतः घव भूमिगत रेम ( नंकर्म निर्माण ) अधिनियम, 1978 की धारा 10 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए , यह एतट घा,जत किया जाता है कि नीचे अनुसूची में यथाणित भूमि, भवन इत्यादि मे उपयोग का अधिकार ( अण्डर ग्राउण्ड अधिकार ) एतदद्वारा केन्द्रीय द्वारा अधिग्रहीत किया जाना है ।
यह घोषणा सभी संबंधित व्यक्तियों को की जाती है ।
भूमि, भवन आदि के प्लान का , जिसके लिए उपयोग का अधिकार ( अण्डर ग्राउण्ड अधिकार ) अधिग्रहित किया गया है , कलकस प्राधिकारी के कार्यालय में निरीक्षण किया जा सकता है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 8th July , 1980
S.O. 524( E ) . Whereas the Central Government on the report of the Competent Authority under the Metro Railways ( Construction ofWorks) Act , 1978 is satisfied that the right of user (underground right ) in the land building etc. mentioned in the Schedule below should be acquired for a public purpose namoly , for construction of Metro Railway, Calcutta and other works connected therewith at the public expense in the city of Calcutta ,
Now therefore , it is hereby dcclared that in excrcise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 10 of the Metro Reilways Construction of Works ) Act , 1978 , the Central Government do hereby acquire the right of user ( under ground right ) in the land, buildirg ". referred to in the Schedule below .
This declaration is made to all whom it may concern .
Aplan of the land , building etc. in respect of which the right of user ( under ground right) is acquired , may be inspected in the office Competent Authority , Metro Railway , Calcutta .
