S.O. 531(E).—Whereas (he Central Government on the report of the Competent Authority under the M;lro Railways (Constriction of Works) Act, 1978 is satisfied that the right of user (underground right) in the land, building etc. mentioned in the Scheduled bslow should lie acquired for a public purpose numely, for construction of Metro Railway, Calcutta and other works connected therewith at the public expense in the city of Calcutta.
Now therefore, it is hereby declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of Section 10 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 197H, the Central Government do hereby acquire the right of user (underground right) in the land, building etc. referred to in the Schedule below.
This declaration is made to all whom it may concern. A plan of the laud, building etc. in respect of which the right of user (underground right) is acquired, may be insp;ctcd in th-J ofli.o
