NOTIFICATION
New Dolhl, the 8th July, 1980
S.O. 532(E).- Whereas the Central Government on the report of the Competent Authority under the M^tro Railwvy (Cnst-u;tloi of Works) Act, 1978 is satisfied that the right of user (underground right) in the land, building etc. mentioned in (hi S:hed_ilc bslow should lie acquired for a public purpose namely, for construction of Metro Railway, Cnlcutta and other works connected (herewith al (he public expense in the city of Calcutta.
Now therefore, it is hereby declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of 111- M;lr) R il^iys (Construction of Works) Acl, 1978, the Central Government do hereby acquired the right of user (underground right) in 11; Ltnd, b lilding elf. referred lo in the schedule below.
