S.0.533(E), — Whereas the Central Government on the ;eport of the Competent Authority under the Metro Railways (Construe t'l n of Works) Act, 1978 is iatisried that the right of mcr (underground right) in the Und, building etc. mentioned in the Schedule below should bo Acquired for a public purpose namaly, for const] uction of Metro Railway, Calcutta and other works connected therewith ;*l the public expense in the city of Calcutta.
Now therefore, it is hereby declared that in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1)of Section 10 of the Metro Railways (Construction of Works) Act, 1978, Ihc Central Government do hereby acquire the right of user (underground right) in the land, building etc. referred to in the Schedule below.
This declaration is made to all whom it may conctrn. A plan of the land, building etc. in respect of which the right o'f user (underground right) is acquired, nmy be inspected in the office of the Competent A'lthjrity, M:tro Railway, Calcutta.
