Now therefore, it is hereby declared that in exercise oftlic powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Metro Riilw-iys(Constructioriof Works) Act, 1978, Ihc Central Government do hereby acquire the right of user (underground right) in the land, building etc. referred to in the Schedule below.
This declaration is made to all whom it may concern. A plan of the land, building etc*, in respect of which th_' right of aser (underground right) is acquired, may he inspected in the office of the Competent Authority, Metro Railway, Calcutta.
