सा० का० मि० 399 (प्र) -भा ० पु ० मे ० (संवर्ग ) नियम 1954 के नियम 4 यो उपनियम ( 2 ) के प्रथम परन्तुक और उप नियम ( 1) के साथ पठिन अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उप-धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार राजस्थान मरकार के परामर्श से भा ० पु० से ० (संवर्ग संख्या का निर्धारण ) विनियम 1955 में ओर आगे संशो धन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, घर्थात्:--
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का भा० पु० से० (संवर्ग संख्या का निर्धा- रण) पहला संशोधन विनियम , 1980 कहा जायेगा ।
( 2 ) यह संशोधन भारत के राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत होगा ।
2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम ,1955 की अनुसूची में "राजस्थान" शीर्षक श्रीर उसके नीचे भाने वाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--

G.S.R. 399 (E) .-- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section ( 1 ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) , read with sub - rule ( 1 ) , and the first proviso to sub -rule (2) of rule 4 of the Indian Police Service ( Cadre ) Rules 1954, the Central Government in consultation with the Govern ment of Rajasthan hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Police Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955 , namely :-
(1) Thcse regulations may be called the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) First Amendment Regulation , 1980 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadro Strength) Regulation, 1955 , for the heading "Rajas- than" and the entries occurring thereunder the following shall be substituted , namely :-

सा० का ० नि० 400 (प्र) -भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठिन अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) को धारा 3 की उपधारा ( i ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार राजस्थान सरकार के यरामर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) नियम, 1954 में भीर भागे संशोधन के लिए एनद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्ः-
1. ( 1) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा (वेतन) तृतीय संशोधन विनियम, 1980 है ।
( 2) ये विनियम राजपक्ष में प्रकाशन को तारीख से प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
