EXPORT TRADE CONTROL

Subject :—Export of Crude rum, not matured in wood—ban thereof.

F. No. 10/2/80-EII.—Attention is invited to the Exports (Control) Amend- ment Order No. E(C)O, 1977/AM(168) dated the 14th July, 1980, on the above subject.

2. On a review of the situation, it has been decided to ban export of Crude rum i.e. rum not matured in wood, with immediate effect. Pre-ban com- mitment shall be honoured in terms of provisions of para 223A of the Hand Book of Import-Export Procedures 1980-81.
