EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
Subject :—Export of Ferrous Scrap.
No. 5/SV79.E-II.—Attention is invited to Exports (Control) Amendment Ordtf No. E(Q) O, 1977/AM(169) dated the 15th July, 1980. on the above subject.
2. It has been decided to canalise the export of (i) Cobalt bearing high speed steel icnip; (ii) Grindings of high speed steel; and (iii) Turnings and borings of hifih speed steel through Metal Scrap Trade Corporation (MSTC).
3. Accordingly the following items shall be added in col. 2, in Policy State- ment on page 23 of the Export Policy Book 1980-81, after S. No. 83 (v) nnd tgainst S No. 27 at page 28, Annexuie I, lespectively;
"(vi)—Cobalt bearing high speed iteel icrap
(vli)—Grindings of high speed steel
(vlli)—Turnings arid borings of high speed steel".
The note appearing in col. 2, below S. No, 83, shall be read as under :—
