G.S.R. 412(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by
sub-clause (1) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of l963), the Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Mnistry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing) No- G.S.R. 295(E), dated the 30th March, 1979, relating to the Port of Bombay, namely :—
In the Table below the said notification, against the entry "People of the area" in column 2, for the figure "2", the figure " 1" shall be substituted, and after the entry so amended, the following entries shall be inserted, namely ;—

G.S.R. 413(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (i) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), read with sub-section (6) of the said section, the Central Government hereby appoints the Joint Secretaiy (Ports), Ministry of Ship- ping and Transport, as a Trustee, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Bombay, and makes the following further amend- ment In the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transpott Wing) No. G S R. 305(E), dated tho 31st March, 1979, namely :—
In the said notification, after Serial Number 19 and the entries relating thereto, the following Serial Number and entries shall bo inserted, namely :—
"20. Joint Secretary (Ports), Representing the
Mintatry of Shipping Ministry of and Transport Shipping and Transport.".

G.S.R. 415(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause (1) of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963), read with sub-section (6) of the said section, the Central Government hereby appolnti the Development Adviser' Ministry of Shipping and Transport, as a Trustee, representing the Ministry of Shipping and Transport, on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Visakhapatnam, and makes the following further amendments in the notification af the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Iransport (Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 303 (E), dated the 31st March, 1979, namely :—
In the said notification, after Serial Number IS "nd the jntries relating thereto, the following Serial Number and sntries shall be inserted, namely :—
"16. Development Adviser, Representing the
