No. 5(75)/80-Met.I(i)] S.O. 547(E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (1) of clause 4 of the Aluminium (Control) Ordor, 1970 and in supersession of tne notification of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Steel, Mines & Coal (Department of Mines) No. S. O. 566(E), dated 4th October, 1979, the Central Government hereby fixes sale price of indigenous aluminium ingot, as specified in Sche- dule I appended to this notification.
2. In respect of aluminium required to be supplied in terms of Order No. 357(E), dated 15th July, 1975 Issued in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 3 read with clause (f) of sub-section (2) of the said section of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (10 of 1955) and clause 4 C of the Aluminium (Control) Order, 1970, the Central Government hereby fixes undtr the first proviso to sub-clause (1) of clause 4 of the Aluminium (Control) Order, 1970, the sale price of such indigenous aluminium sold as ingots, billets, wire bars and wire rods, as specified in the Schedule II appended to this notification.

O. 567(E) dated 4th October, 1979, the Central Government hereby fixes the sale price of imported aluminium as specified in the schedule appended to this notification.
