NOTIFICATION

Bombay, the 16th June, 1980

.G.S.R 417(E).—Tn pursuance of sub-section (2) of Section 13 uf Foreign Exchange Regulation Act, 1973 (46 of 1973) the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made to its Notification Nc, FERA. 11/74-R.B, dated 1st January 1974 namely :—

In the said Notification,—

(I) In clause (a) for the words "other than articles made wholly or mainly of gold" the words "without any gold content jr jewcllfiy the value of gold content of which does not exceed ten per cent

(ii) In Schedule I, in the. first column, the word "Bulgaria" occurring iii

item (b) shall be omitted.
