सा० का० ति० 420 ( म) केन्द्रीय सरकार , महा पत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) के खंड ( ग ) के उपखंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय ( परिवहन पक्ष) की मार्मगाओं पत्तन सम्बन्धी अधिसूचना स० सा० का ० नि० 710 (ई) , दि० 26-12-1979 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात: -

G.S.R. 420(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -clause ( i ) of clause (c) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 ( 38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ( Transport Wing) No. G.S.R. 710(E) , dated the 26th December , 1979 , relating to the Port of Mormugao, namely : -

सा० का० ति० 423 (अ): -केन्द्रीय सरकार, महा पत्लन न्याम अधिनियम 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 3 को उपधारा ( 6 ) के माथ पठिन उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) केलेखंड (ग) के उपखंड ( 1 ) द्वार! प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नौदन और परिवहन मंत्रालय के वित्तीय मलाहकार को मद्राम पत्तन के न्यागियो के बोर्ड में नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए न्यामी नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मन्त्रालय ( परिवहन पक्ष ) की श्रधिसूचना संख्या मा ० का ० ति० 302 ( 5 ) दिनांक 31-3-79 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात सा० का ० नि० 421 ( प्र): केन्द्रीय सरकार, महः पत्नन न्यम अधिनियम , 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारः ( 1) माथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उपधाग ( 1 ) के खंड (म) के उपखंड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदन्न शक्तिग्गों का प्रयोग करते हुए नौवहन और पश्विहन मंत्रालय के संयुक्त सचिव ( श्रम ) का कद्द्वाण मार्मगाओं पत्नन के न्यामियों के बोर्ड में न्मासी नियुक्त करती है, और भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय (पत्तन पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना सं ० सॉ ० का० नि० 165 ( इ ) दिनाक 31-3-1980 में पुनः निम्नलिखित मंणोधन करती है अर्थान
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या 19 और प्रविष्टियो के बाद निम्त- लिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएं, अर्थातः- उक्न अधिसूचना में क्र ० सं० 16 श्रीर तनमंबन्धी प्रविष्टियों के वाद निम्नलिखिम क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखी जायं , अर्थात

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-clause ( i ) of clause ( c) of sub- section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , read with sub- section ( 6 ) of the said section , the Central Government hereby appoints the Joint Secretary ( Labour ) , Ministry of Shipping and Transport , as a Trustee , on the Board of Trustees of the Port of Mormugao , and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Ports Wing) No. G.S.R. 165 (E) , dated the 31st March, 1980, namely :--

सा० का० ति० 424 (अ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , महापन्नन न्याम अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के साण्ड ( ग ) के उपखण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुए, भारत मरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय (परिवहन पक्ष) की कलकन्ना पत्तन संबंधी अधिसूचना सं ० सा० का ० नि० 267 (ई ) दिनांक 26 मार्च 1979 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थातः-
उक्त अधिसूचना के नीचे दी गयी मारणी में , स्तम्भ 1 में प्रविष्टि क्षेत्र के लोग के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि "नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय " रखी आए ।
उक्त अधिसूचना के नीचे सारणी में स्तम्भ ( 1 ) में प्रविष्टि "क्षेत्र के लोग" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि 'नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय" रखी जाए ।

In exercise of the owers conferred by sub- clause ( i ) of clause ( c ) of sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 ( 38 of 1963 ) , the Central Government beroby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ( Transport Wing ) No. G.S.R. 267 (E) , dated the 26th March, 1979 , relatingto the Port of Calcutta , namely :-
G.S.R. 422(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -clause ( i) of clause ( c) of sub -section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) . the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ( Transport Wing ) No. G.S.R. 297 ( E ) , dated the 30th March , 1979 , relating to the Port of Madras , namely :-
In the Table below the said notification, in column 1. for the entry " People of the area " , the entry "The Ministry of Shipping and Transport " shall be substituted .

सा० का ० नि० 125 (अ): केन्द्रीय सरकार , महापन्नन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 का उपधारा ( 6) के साथ पठित उक्त अधिनियम की धाः। 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड (ग) के उपखण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदन्न शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय के संयुक्त सचिव ( परिवहन ) को कलकत्ता पत्तन के व्यासियों के यार्ड में नौवहन ओर परिवहन मंत्रालय क । प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए न्यासी नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिवहन मन्त्रालय ( परिवहन पक्ष ) की घधिगूचना सं ० सा० का ० नि० 301 ( ई) , दिनांक 31-3-79 में पुन निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात :--
उक्त अधिसूचना में, कम सं० 20 ओर संबंधी प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टियां रखा जाएं , अर्थातः--

उक्त अधिसूचना में नीचे दी गयी सारणी में स्तम्भ 2 में प्रविष्टि '' क्षेत्र के लोग" के सामने अंक " 2" के स्थान पर अंक " J " रखा जाए और प्रविष्टि में संशोधन के बाद निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां रखी जाएं , अर्थात:--
