ORDER

New Delhi, the 21st July, 1980S.O. 556(E).—Whereas! by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O. 375(E), dated the 22nd July, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the management of the industrial undertaking known as Messrs Gluconate Limited, Calcutta, has been taken over (1071) 479 GI/80

And whereas by the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 405KE), dated the 20th June, 1977, the duration of the said Order was extended for a further period of two years upto and inclusive of the 2 ht July, 1979 ;

And whereas by the Order of the Government of India In th" Ministry of Industry, (Department of Industrial Deve- lopment) No. S.O. 406(E), dated the 16th July, 1979, the duration of the Order was extended for ft further period of one year upto and inclusive of 21st July, 198* ;

And whereas the Central Government is of the opinion that it is expedient in the public interest that the manage- men; of the said industrial undertaking by the said body of persons should continue for a further period of one year upto and inclusive of the 21st July, 1981 ;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 18 A A of the Industries (Develop- ment and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby directs that the said Order shall continue to have effect for a further period of one year upto and in- clusive of the 21st July, 1981.
