G.S.R. 441IKI.—In pursuance of mib-scction (2) of Section 10 of the Ko'iangas Company I Acquisition of Undertaking) Act, 1979 128 of 1979), the Cenlnil Government hereby mal.es the following scheme, namely :—
1. Short title and commencement.—(1) This scheme may be colled the Kosan- g;r' Company (Acquisition of Undertaking) (Administration of Funds) Scheme. 1980.
12) It shall come into force at once.
2. Administration of funds.—The moneys standing to the credit of a provident fund, superannuation, welfare or other fund established by Gocul Gas Private limited or Kosungns Company for the benefit of the persons employed by it in connection v,ifh ity undertaking in India and which have been transferred to irnil voted in the Government Company under uib-section (1) of section 10 of the- Kos;ingas Compnny (Acquisition of Uiuleitiikitig) Act, 197y (28 of 1979) •;h.ill be dealt with bv ;ho Government Company in accordance with the pro- \'i'.'ion.1 of the rules and regulations applicable to, or of any law governing, the respective provident fund, superannuation fund, welfare fund or other fund and in fon-e immediately before the 26th duy of May 1979.
