2. भारत सरकार (कार्य-प्रायंटन ) नियम, 1961 (जि- हें इमके पश्चात् जयन नियम कहा जाएगा ) , की प्रथम अनुसूची में,--
(च ) प्रषिष्टि 20 के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , श्रर्थात्: --

(ज) " समाज कल्याण मंत्रालय" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत , प्रविष्टि 24 के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी श्रर्थात्ः---
"34. राष्ट्रीय लोक महयोग तथा णिणु विकास संस्थान । " ;
(१) (क) " इस्पान, खान मौर कोयला मंत्रालय " शीर्षक के स्थान पर, निम्नलिखित शीर्षक रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्ः--
" इस्पात और खान मंत्रालय" ;
(ख) "ग. कोयला विभाग" उप-शीर्षक श्रीर उसके अंतर्गत प्रविष्टियों का लोप किया जाएদা ;
(ञ) "परमाणु ऊर्जा विभाग" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत-
(i) प्रविष्टि 1 में, उप प्रविष्टि ( iv ) ( घ ) के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित उप-प्रविष्टि रखी जाएगी , अर्थात्:--

(i) परमाणु ऊर्जा में अनुसंधान और उसके उपयोग के लिए तथा न्यूक्लीय विज्ञानों में अनुसंधान के लिए अपेक्षिन सामग्री और उपस्कर के उत्पादन के लिए ,
( ii ) समस्थानिकों के पृथक्करण के लिए, जिसमें मुख्य या गौण उत्पाद के रूप में भारी पानी के उत्पादन सहित उपोत्पाद के रूप में समस्थानिकों के पृथक्करण के लिए अनुकूलनीय संयंत्र शामिल हैं । ;
( ii) प्रयिष्टि 1 में, उप-प्रविष्टि ( V ) के स्थान पर , निम्नलिखित उप-प्रत्रिष्टि रखी जाएगी। अर्थात्ः--
"( v) विहित या रेडियो-ऐक्टिव पदाथों से संबंधित राज्य उपक्रमों का पर्यवेक्षण जिनके अंतर्गत निम्नलिखित हैं--

S.O. 561 (E). In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (3 ) of article 77 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Gov- ernment of India ( Allocation of Business) Rules , 1961 , namely :-
1. ( 1) These rules may be called the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) ( One hundred and forty-fourth Amendment) Rules, 1980 .
(2) They shall come into force at once .
2. In the Government of India (Allocation of Business ) Rules , 1961 ( hereinafter referred to as the said rules) , in the First Schedule :-
(a) for entry 1 , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"1. Ministry of Agriculture (Krishi Mantralaya ) :
( i) Department of Agriculture and Cooperation (Krishi aur Sahkarita Vibhag ) .
( ii ) Department of Food (Khadya Vibhag).
( iii) Department of Agricultural Research and Edu- cation ( Krishi Anusandhan aur Shiksha Vibhag ) . " ;
(b) After entry 1 , the following entry shall be inserted , namely :-
" 1.A. Ministry of Civil Supplies (Nagrik Poorti Mant- ralaya) .";
(c) for entry 2 , the following entry shall be substituted , namely :---
"2. Ministry of Commerce (Vanijya Mantralaya) :
( i ) Department of Commerce (Vanijya Vibhag ) .
( ii) Department of Textiles (Vastr Vibhag ) . " ;
(d) for entry 6 , the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-

(e) after entry 12 , the following entry shall be inserted, namely :-

3. In the Second Schedule to the said rules ,-

(ii) under the sub- heading " A. Department of Agricul- ture and Cooperation ( Krishi Aur Sahkarita Vibhag) " . in Part IV, entry 43 shall be as under :

( iii) the sub -heading "D. Department of Irrigation (Sinchai Vibhag ) " and the entries thereunder shall be omitted;

18. All attached or subordinate offices or other ganisations concerned with any of the subjects specified in this list , including the Forward Markets Commission , Bombay .";
(c) (i ) for the heading " Ministry of Commerce and Civil Supplies (Vanijya Aur Nagrik Poorti Mantralaya ) " , the following heading shall be substituted , namely:-

( ii) the sub -heading "B. Department of Civil Supplies and the entries there- (Nagrik Poorti Vibhag) under shall be omitted;

(b) the sub -heading " C. Department of Coal ( Koyala Vibhag) " and the entrics thereunder shall be omit- ted;
(j) under the heading " Department of Atomic Energy (Parmanu Ooorja Vibhag) " -
(i) in entry 1 , for sub- entry ( iv ) ( 3 ) , the following sub- entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"( iv) (d) establishment and operation of facilities and plants including diversification--
of (i) for the production of materials and equipment required for research into and the use atomic energy and for research in the nuclear sciences;
( ii ) for the separation of isotopes , including plants adaptable to the separation of isotopes as by- product including the production of heavy water as a main or subsidiary product .";
( ii) in entry 1, for sub - entry ( v ) , the following sub- entry shall be substituted , namely :-
"( v) Supervision of State undertakings concerned with prescribed or radio- active substances , including-
(a) Indian Rare Earths Ltd.
(b) * *
(c) National Fertilizers Ltd. in so far as production ofheavy water is concerned.
(d) Electronics Corporation of India Ltd. ( ECIL)
( c) Uranium Corporation of India I.td. ( UCIL) . "
