सा०का ० ति० 448 (अ ) केन्द्रीय सरकार , एकाधिकार नथ। अवरोधक ब्यापारिक व्यवहार अधिनियम, 1969 ( 1969 का 54) की धारा 8 के साथ पटित धारा 67 द्वारा प्रदत्त णक्तियों का प्रयोग करने हुए एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार आयोग ( कर्मचारीवृन्द भर्ती) नियम , 1974 का भौर संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्: --
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार आयोग ( कर्मचारीवृन्छ भ ) तर्ती संशोधन, नियम 1980 है ।
(2) ये राजपन में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रकाशित होंगे ।
2. एकाधिकार तथा अवरोधक व्यापारिक व्यवहार आयोग ( कर्मचारीवृन्द भर्ती ) नियम, 1974 को अनुभूची से मद 29 और उनसे संबंत्रित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित मद 30 और 31 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों अन्तःस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:--

किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्या- लय से किसी विषय में स्नात कोत्तर उपाधि जिसके साथ स्नातक स्तर पर हिन्वी और भंग्रेजी वैकल्पिक विषय रहे हैं या किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्व- विद्यालय से किसी विषय में हिन्दी माध्यम से स्नातकोत्तर उपाधि जिसके साथ स्नातक स्तर पर भंग्रेजी एक वैकल्पिक विषय रहा है ; बांछनीय:
(1) किसी अन्य माधुनिक भार तीय भाषा का ज्ञान ।
यदि विभागीय प्रोन्नति समिति है तो उसकी संरचना
प्रोन्नति/प्रतिनियुक्ति/ स्थानान्तरण द्वारा भर्ती की दशा में वे श्रेणियों जिनसे प्रोः ति/प्रतिनियुक्ति/स्था- नान्तरण किया जाएगा
भर्ती की पति भर्ती सीधे होगी या प्रोन्नति द्वारा या प्रतिनियुक्ति/ स्थानान्तरण द्वारा तथा विभिन्न पद्धतियों द्वारा भर्ती की जाने वाली रिक्तियों की प्रतिशतता सीधे भर्ती किए जाने वाले व्यक्तियों के लिए विहित भायु हो पौर शैक्षिक अर्हताएं प्रोष्ठति की दशा में लागू होगी या नहीं

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 25th July , 1980
G.S.R. 448 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by section 67 read with section 8 of the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Prac- tices Act, 1969 (54 of 1969 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (Recruitment of Members of Staff) Rules , 1974 , namely :-
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Monopolies and Rostrictive Trade Practices Commission ( Recruitment of Members of Staff ) Amendment Rules , 1980 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Monopolies and Restrictive Trade Practices Commission (Recruitment of Members of Staff ) Rules , 1974, after item 29 and the entries relating threto , the following items 30 and 31 and the entries relating thereto , shall be inserted , namely :-
