CUSTOMS
G.8.R. 4S4(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sectfon (1) of section 25 of the Customs Act, 1962 t52 of 1962), the Central Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to Jo, hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Revenue and Banking No. 333-Customs dated the 2nd August, 1976, namely:—
In the Explanation to the said notification, for the letters and figures "IS: 8170—1979", the letters and figures "IS: 8170—1977" shall be substituted.
