सा० का०नि० 455 (म ) .-भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम , 1954 के नियम 4 के उपनियम ( 2 ) के साथ पठिन अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त प्रशक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार "केरल खरकार" के परामर्श से, भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम , 1955 में और भागे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा मिम्म- लिखित विमियम बनाती है, अर्थात्
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय पुसिश सेवा ( संबर्न ब्থা का निभतम ) तीसरा संश्रीधन विनियम , 1980 है 1
( 2) से सरकारी राजपक्ष में प्रकाशन की तारीख से वृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( संवर्ग संख्या का नियतन) विनियम, 1955 की भ्रमुसूची में "केरल " शीर्षक और उसके नीचे आने बाली प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्ननिखिल रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:--

G.S.R. 455 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) , read with sub-rule 2 of rule 4 of the Indian Police Service (Cadre ) Rules , 1954, the Central Government, in con- sultation with the Government of " KERALA" hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Indian Police Service ( Fixation of cadre strength) Regulations , 1955 , namely:-
1. (1) These regulations maybe called the Indian Police Service (Fixation of Cadre Strength) 3rd Amendment Regula- tions , 1980 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publica- tion in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Schedule to the Indian Police Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1955 , or the heading " KERALA " and the entries occurring thereunder, the following shall be substituted , namely :-

सा० का०नि ० 456 ( थ) -भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) नियम, 1954 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवाएं अधिनियम- 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रथत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार केरल सरकार के पगमर्श से भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( बेतन ) नियम , 1954 में और आाने संबोधन करने के लिए एतद्द्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है, अर्थात्-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय पुलिस सेवा ( वेतन ) छठवां संशोधन नियम , 1980 है ।

( क) अनुसूची-iii- क राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय पुलिस मेथा में समय बेतनमान से अधिक वेतन बाले पद की सारणी में "केरल " के पहले कासम में भागे वात्ती प्रविष्टि तथा दूसरे और तीसरे कालमों में दी गई मत्स्थानी प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
