NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 31st July, 1980
S.O. 594(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 29B of the Industries (Development mid Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following furiher amendments to this Ministry's notification No. S.O. 98(E)/IDRA/29B/73/l, dated the 16th February, 1973, namely :—
In the said notification,—•
(i) Under the heading "Small Scale Units", in item No. 1, for the ex- pression "Rs. 10 lakhs", the expression "Rs. 20 lakhs" shall be substituted;
(ii) Under the heading "Ancillaries",—
(a) In item No. 2, for the expression "Rs. 15 lakhs", the expression
"Rs. 25 lakhs" shall be substituted;
(b) In the proviso, after item 2, the word "further" shall bo omitted.
This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of August, 1980.
