CUSTOMS

S.O. 595(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (H) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962, (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes tha following further amendments in the notification of tho Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue and Insutance) No. 75/75-Customs dated the 3rd July, 1975 (12th Asadha, 1897 Saka), namely ;—

In the Table annexed to the said notification, against Serial No. 2 relating to Jaipur, in column 3, in item (b), in sub-iitem (v) the words "made wholly or mainly from Cotton handloom and powerloom fabrics" shall be omitted.
