(RUBBER CONTROL)
9.0. 5M(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section (3) of section 4 of the Rubber Act, 1947 (24 of 1947), read with tub- rule (1) of rule 4 of the Rubber Rules, 1955, the Central Government hereby notifies that Sarvashri George Joseph Mundackal and B. K. Nair, Mem- bers of Parliament, have been elected by the House of the People to be members of the Rubber Board, Kott&yam-l and further specifies that Ihey shall hold office for a period commencing from the date of publication of this Notification in the Official Gazette and ending with, 4th May, 1981, or for "o long as they continue to be Members of the House of the People, whichever is Jew,
