ORDER
New Delhi, the 1st August, 1980
S.O.603(E).—wheareas by the Order of the Government of India in the late Ministry of Industry and Civil Supplies (Department of Industrial Development) No.S.O.422(E), dated the 5th August, 1975 (hereinafter referred to as the said Order), the Central Government authorised the body of persons specified in that Order to take over the industrial undertaking known as the Messrs. Engel India Machine and Tools Limited, Calcutta (hereafter referred to as the said industrial under- taking) for a period of 5 years from the 5 th August, 1975;

[F.NJ.2(17)/80-CUS.] And whereas the Central Government being oi' ths opi.iion that it is expdlcnt in tM public interest that the authorised persons should continue to manage the said indust;ial under- taking for a further period of one year, nude an application to the Calcutta High Court praying for permission to that effect, under the proviso to sub-section (2) of section 18FA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and that the said High Court has, by its Order dated the 14th July, 1980, granted the snid permission;
