S.O. 606 (\±).—Whereas elections have been held In pursuance of ths noti- fication No. S.O. 457 (E) dated the 2Aih June, 1980, issued under section 12 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), for the purpjs: of filling the seats cftwo members of tho Cju'icil of States electod by the elected members of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Haryanajwho retiied on the 1st August, 1980, on the expiration of their term of office;
