सा० का० नि० 464( श्र) -महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम , 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 2 ) के साथ पठित इसी अधिनियम की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोम करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार इस अधिसूचना के द्वारा नौवहन भौर परिवहन मंत्रालय के निवेशक ( श्रम ) को न्यू मंगलौर पतन के न्यासी मंडल में नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए न्यासी के रुप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के नौवहन भौर परिवह्न मंत्रालय (पत्लन पक्ष ) की अधिसूचना संख्या सा० का ० नि० 136 (भ) विनांक 27 मार्च 1980 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 1-1 और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि के बाद नीचे लिखी क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाय , अर्थात्:--

G.S.R. 464(E) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1) of section 4 read with sub - section (2) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , tre Central Government hereby appoints the Director (Labour) , Ministry of Shipping and Transport, as a Trustee , represen- ting the Ministry of Shipping and Transport, on the first Board of Trustees constituted in respect of the Port of New Mangalore , and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport ( Ports Wing ) No. G.S.R. 136(E) , dated the 27th March, 1980 , namely :
In the said notification , after serial number 11 and the entry relating thereto , the following serial number and entry shall be inserted , namely :-
"12. Director (Labour) ,

सा० का० ति० 465 (अ) महापरतन न्याम अधिनियम , 1963 (1963 का 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा 2 के साथ पठित धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रवत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार इस अधिसूचना के द्वारा , नौवहन और परिवहन मंत्रालय के निदेशक ( एम ० एम ० ) को टूटीकोरिन पत्तन के संबंध में गठित प्रथम न्यासी मंडल में नौवहन भौर परिवहन मंत्रालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है और भारत सरकार के नौवहन और परिश्रम मंत्रालय (परिवहन पक्ष) की अधिसूचना संख्या ना ० का ० नि० 93 ( श्र ) दिनांक पहलो मार्च 1979 को पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम संख्या 15 और तत्संबंधी प्रविष्टि के बाद नीचे लिखी क्रम संख्या और प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाय , अर्थात् :--
" 16. निदेशक ( भ ० स ० ) , नौवहन और परिवहून मंत्रालय (मौवह्न और परिवहन मंत्रालय के प्रतिनिधि) "

G.S.R. 465 (E) .-In exercise of the powers conferted by sub- section ( 1 ) of section 4 read with sub -section (2 ) of section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , the Cen- tral Government hereby appoints Director (MM ), Ministry of Shipping and Transport , as a Trustee , representing the Ministry of Shipping and Transport, on the first Board of Trustees constituted in respect of the Port of Tuticorin and makes the following further ameridment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping and Transport (Transport Wing No. G.S.R, 93 ( E), dated the 1st March , 1979 , namely :-
In the said notification , after Serial Number 15 and the entry relating thereto, the following Serial Number and entry shall be inserted , namely :-

सा० का० ति० 466 ( प्र) -महापत्तन म्यासै अधिनियम , 1963 (1963 को 38) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) के खंड (ग ) के उपखंड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त प्रशक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार भारत सरकार के सीवहने और परिवहन मंत्रालय ( परिवहन पक्ष) की फोडला पत्तम से संबंधित अधिसूचना संख्या सा ० का० नि० 263 (*) दिनांक 26 मार्च , 1979 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के नीचे दी गई सारणी में कालम 2 में " क्षेत्र के लोग" प्रवष्टि में संख्या 2 के स्थान पर संख्या 1 जोड़ी जाय भौर इस प्रकार संशोधन की निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाय , अर्थात्:-

उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या 13 और तत्सबंधी प्रविष्टि के बाद , नीचे लिखी क्रम मख्या और प्रविष्टि जोड़ी जाय , अर्थात्
