S.O. 612(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Backs Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after con- sultation with the Reserve Bank of India and United Com- mercial Bank, by which Balasore Gramya Bank has been sponsored, specifies Balasore as the place where Balasore Gramya Bank shall have its head office.

S.O. 613(E).—In pursuance of tub-clause (iii) of clause (a) of sub-sectiOD (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Central Government hereby notifies for the purposes of the said sub-clause, Balasore Gramya Bank, Balasore being an institution estab- lished under sub-section (1) of scotSon 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976).
