NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th August, 1980
G.S.R. 471(E>,—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of sub- section (1) of section 637, read with sub-section (1) of section 10E, of the Companies Act, 1956 (1 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Department of Company Affairs No, G.S.R. 443(E), dated the 18th October, 1972, namely:—
Tn the said notification, after the entry "Sub-sections (1), (3) and (5) of section
388E", the following entry shall be inserted, namely:—
"Sub-scctiom (1) and (2) of section 408 in so far as they relate to (he selection of directora or additional directors, as the case may be, of companies for appointment under the said sub-sections.".
