NOTIFICATION
S.O. 625(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of sec- tion 56B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 (9 of 1890), the Central Govern- ment, being satisfied that it is necessary that the goods booked by trains intend- ed solely for the carriage of goods to any railway station should be removed without delay from such railway station and having regard to the factors speci- fied In the first proviso to that sub-section, hereby declares the following rail- way station as a "notified station" for the period from 18th August, 1980 to 14th December, 1980, namely :—
"Silchar".
