F. No. 600/2503/80-Pt. II.— Under rule 4 of the Customs and Central Excise Duties Drawback Rules, 1971 (Notification No. 52/F. No. 602/2/70-DBK published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, dated 25th August, 1971), tho Central Govern- ment hereby makes the following amendments in the Table published in tho Public Notice No. DRAWBACK/PN-1 dated the 15th October, 1971 as amended from time to time :—
(d) Polyamide fibre content Rs. 46 (Rupees forty six only)
per Kg.
Provided that no rebate of duty paid on fibres has been obtained under the Centra] Excise Rules, 1944.
2. For sub-item (b) of item (1) of clause (c) of Sub-serial No. 2503 and tho entries relating thereto the following shall be substituted, namely :— (b) Polyamide Fibre Rs. 48 (Rupees forty eight
only) per Kg.
3. For sub-serial No, 2511 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely :—
2511. Polyamido filament Rs. 8.15 (Rupees eight and yarn/Tyre cord/Twine paise fifteen only) per Kg. Provided that the drawback rate mentioned above may also apply to exports of fabric/warpshcet mado out of abovo filament yarn/Tyre cord/twine and exported under bond under rule 13 or 14 of the Central Excise Rules 1944 without payment of ex- eiso duty on such filament yarn.
4. For sub-item (B) of item (1) of Sub-serial No. 2513 and the entries relating thereto the following shall bo substituted, namely :—
(B) Polyamide filament yarn content—
(i) below 35 doniers Rs. 78.80 (Rupees seventy eight and paise eighty only) per Kg.
(il) 35 dsniers and above but Rs. 70.40 (Rupoes seventy less than 80 dealers. and paise forty only) per
Kg.
(iii) 80 dsnicrs and above but Rs. 62 (Rupees sixty two less than 110 daniers. only) per Kg.
(iv) 110 dsniers and above but Rs. 53.70 (Rupees iifty three lass than 150 dstiiers. and paise seventy only) per
Kg.
(v) 150 djniors and above but Rs. 31.90 (Rupees thirty not above 750 dealers. one and paiso ninety only)
per Kg.
(vl) Above 750 dealers. Rs. 16.25 (Rupees sixteen and paise twenty five only) per Kg.
5, This Public Notice shall be deomed to havo come into force on the 23rd Day of July, 19S0.
