GSR. 477(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-scctiorra (2) and (3) of Section 3 of the Central Excises and Salt Act, 1944, (1 uf 1944) ihe Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 171/78-Central Excises, dated the 25th September, 1978.
