4 उनके आयात के लिए स्वीकृति गैर- अनुमेय फालतू पुर्जों के लिए जारी किए गर्दै लाइसेंसों के मद्दे और भायात लाइसेंस में गैर- अनुमेय फालतू पुर्जों के लिए निर्धारित सम्पूर्ण मूल्य के भीतर दी जाएगी । लेकिन, गैर-अनुमेय फालतू पुर्जों की सिर्फ एक मद के लिए निर्धारित 50,000 रुपए की अधिकतम मूल्य सीमा इन मदों के मामले में वहां लागू नहीं होगी जहां इन मदों में से प्रत्येक एक से अधिक मव का श्रायात नहीं किया जाता है भायात-गैर-अनुमेय फालतू पुर्जी के आयात के लिए लाइसेंस में निर्धारित सम्पूर्ण भूल्य के भीतर है। वे वास्तविक उपयोक्ता जिनकी फालतू पुर्जों के रूप में इन मवों की आव- श्यकताएं इस व्यवस्था के अधीन न पूरी हो सकती हों तो वे कंडिका 34 के अंत- गंत पूरक लाइसेंस के लिए भावेवन कर सकते हैं । "

3. आयात नीति 1980-81 के अध्याय 21 की कंडिका 206 में श्रांशिक आशोधन करने पर यह निश्चय किया गया है, कि ऐसे वास्तविक उपयोक्ता जिनके पास 1979-80 के लिए अध्यात नीति के अन्तर्गत 15 अप्रैल, 1980 से पहले जारी किए गए ऐले वैध प्रायात लाइसेंम है जिनकी मदें वे उम नीति के अनुसार टिन प्लेट वेस्ट, वेस्ट का आयात कर सकते थे, उन्हें ऐसे लाइसेंसों के मढ़े इन मद के लिए लाइसेंस के संपूर्ण मूल्य में से अधिक से अधिक 5 लाख नए मूल्य तक श्रायात करने की अनुमति दी जा सकती है । और यह उम पर लागू अन्य शर्तों के अधीन होगी । इस प्रकार श्रायात की गई मात्रा टिन प्लेट वेस्ट, बेस्ट की उस माता के मद्दे समंजित करने योग्य होणी जितके लिए आयातक वास्तविक उपयोक्ता 1980-81 के दौरान सम्बन्धित सरणीबद्ध अभिकरण से प्राप्त करने के लिए पात्र हो । इनलिए वे वास्तविक उपयोक्ता जो इस सुविधा के अन्तर्गत टिन प्लेट बेस्ट, बेस्ट का आयात कर रहे हैं तो उन्हें, यदि कोई हो तो, अपनी अतिरिक्त आवश्यकओं का सरणीवद्ध अभि- करण के पास पंजीकृत कराना चाहिए । ( ग्रास की यह सुविधा उस आयात से अतिरिक्त होगी जो आयात नीति की उपर्युक्त कंडिका 206 में उल्लिखित 15-4-1980 से पहले अनन्वितीय साखापत्र खोलने के आधार पर उन्हीं लाइसेंसों के मद्दे है ) ।

Subject:-Import Policy for April , 1980- March, 1981 .
F. No. IPC/3 /9 /80.-Attention is invited to the Import Policy for April , 1980- March , 1981 , published under the Depart- ment of Commerce Public Notice No. 9 - ITC ( PN) /80, dated the 15th April , 1980 .
2. The following amendments /corrections shall be deemed to have been made in the said import policy at the appropriate places indicated below:-

Chapter 2 Sub-para
5(5). The figures " 10 " and " 15" in the existing definition of " Small Scale Industry" shall be amended to read as " 20 " and "25" respectively.

"Items appearing in the list in Appendix 30, even if they do not appear in the Banned List, will be treated as "Non- permissible " when required to be imported as spares . Their import as spares will , therefore , be allowed against licences issued for non-permissible spares and within the overall value set out for non-permissible spares in the import licence . However, the maximum value limit of Rs . 50,000 fixed for a single item of non -permissible spares will not apply in the case of these items if not more than one piece each of them is imported , and the import is within the overall value of the licence meant for import of non-permissible spares . Actual Users whose requirements of these items as spares cannot be met under this provision , may apply for supplementary licence under para 34. '

In partial modification of para 206 in Chapter 21 of the Import Policy, 1980-81 , it has been decided that Actual Users holding valid import licences issued to them before 15th April , 1980 under the Import Policy for 1979-80 against which they could import tinplate waste waste in accordance with the policy, maybe allowed to import this item against such licences upto a maximum of Rs . 5 lakhs in value , within the overall value of the licence , and subject to other conditions applicable thereto . The quantity thus imported will be adjustable against the quan- tity of tinplate waste waste which the importer Actual Users may be eligible to obtain during 1980-81 from the canalising agency concerned . Therefore , Actual Users importing tin- plate waste waste under this facility should register only their additional requirements , if any, with the canalising agency. (This facility of import will be in addition to the import which can be made against the same licences on the basis of irrevocable letters of credit opened before 15th April , 1980 as laid down in the said para 206 of Import Policy) .
