S.O. 631(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 4 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976), the Central Government, after consultation with the Reserve Bank of India .and Bank of Baroda, by which Allahabad Kshetriya Gramin Bank has been sponsored, speci- fies Allahabad as the place where Allahabad Kshetriya Gramin Bank shall have its head office.

S.O. 630(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Regional Rural Banks Act, 1976 (21 of 1976) the Central Government, being requested so to do by Bank of Baroda, establishes, with effect from the 23rd August, 1980 a Regional Rural Bask in the State of Uttar Pradesh under the name of Allahabad Kshetriya Gramin Bank which shall operate within the local limits of the district of Allahabad in the State of Uttar Pradesh.

S.O. 633|E).—In pursuance of clause (a) of sub-scclion (6) of section 42 of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 (2 of 1934), the Reserve Bank of India hereby directs the inclusion in the Second Schedule in the said Act of the following bank, namely :—-
"Allahabad Kshctriya Gramin Bank, Allahabad (U.P.)".
