ORDER

New Delhi, the 27th August, 1980

G.S.R. 493(E)/Ess.Com./Sugar.—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 5 of the Sugar (Control) Order, 1966, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the Order of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Food) No. G.S.R. 247(E)/Ess. Com./ Sugar, dated the 9th May, 1980, namely ?—

In the said Order, in item (iv), for the words "sugar is despatched:", the words "sugar is despatched, as well as the Government of the State in which the producer's sugar factory is located : " shall be substituted.
