No. F. 135l3 80-GC. II.—In partial modification of the orders contained in the last para of Resolution F. No. 135/3/80-GC. II, dated 17-5-1980, the Govern- ment of India have decided that Shrl K. R. Puri appointed to examine the vaiious policy and procedural aspects relating to the sale by auctions in 1978 of told held on Government Account and to advise ihe Government (is to the further course of action to be taken in the light of his findings will now submit his report before 31-12-1980.
ORDER
Ordered that a copy of the Resolution be communicated to all concerned and
that it be published in the Gazette of India for general information.
