ORDER New Delhi, the 28th August. 1980
S.O. 694(E)/18FB/1DRA/8O.—-Whereas by the Order of I he Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No, S.O. 634(E)/1SAA/1DRA/8O, dated 23rd August, 1980, the management of Messrs. Shivraj Fine Art Litho Works, Nagpur, (hereinafter referred to as the said industrial undertaking) has been taken ever under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), for a petiod of three years uplo and inclusive of the 22nd of August, 1983 ;
And, whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that in relation to the said industrial undertaking it is necessary so to do in the interests of the general public with a view to preventing fall in the- volume of production of the scheduled indusry, namely, "priming including Jitho printing industry" ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 18FB of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the operation of all contracts, assurances of property, agieements, settlements, awards, standing Orders or other instruments in force immediately before the date of issue of this Order (other than these relating to secured liabilities to banks and financial institutions) to which the said industrial undertaking is a party or which may be applicable to such industrial undertaking shall remain suspended for a period of one year and all the rights, privileges, obligations and liabilities accruing or arising thereunder before the said date shall remain suspended for the said period.
