NOTIFICATION NO" 3/80.—In partial modification of Notification No. 2/80 dated the 14lh July, 1980, it is hereby notified that at the 32nd Aanual General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Corporation to be held on Tuesday, the 30th Sept., 1980, at 4,00 P.M. (Standard Time; at Hotel Imperial, Janpath, Mew Delhi, the following additional business will also be transacted :
To elect a Director by the shareholders of the Corporation representing the insurance companies, investment trusts and other like financial institutions referred to in clause (d) of sub-section (1) of section 10 of (he Industrial Finance Corporation Act, 1948, in the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Shri J. R. loshi. The Director so elected shall hold office in terms of sub-section (3) of Section 11 of the 1FC Act for the unexpired portion of the term of Shri Joshi i.e. till the 25th September, 1981.
