In paragraph 1 of the said noti- fication for the figures letters and woids "31st day of August, 1980", the figures, letters and words "31st day of October 1980" shell be substituted. In paragraph 2 of the said noti- fication , for the figures, letters and words "31sf day of August 1980" , the figures, letters and words "31st day of October, 1980" shall be substituted.
