G.S.R, S09 (E).—In pursuance of sub-clause (i) of clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 14 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the Notification of the Govern- ment of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue No. 130-Cus., (O.S.R.No.385 (E) dated 1st July, 1980 as amended by Notification No. 171-Cus. (G.S.R. No. 496 (B), dated 28th August, 1980 namely :—
