File No. 5("6)/79-EII.—Atlcniion is invited to the Exports (Control) Amend- ment Order No. ElflO, 1977/AMl 179) dated the 17th September, 1980 on the above subject.
2. It has been decided to allow (be export of Window, door and ventilator section under OGL-3 against contiatls registered with the Engineering Export Promotion Council (FEPC).
3. Accordingly the existing cntiy appearing in col. 3 against S. "No. 80(14) on page 23 of the Policy Statement of Export Policy Book 1980-81 shall be substituted by the following :—
"Export will be allowed as provided tinder OGL-3."
