S.O. 805(E),—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18A of the Industries (Development ami Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in tbe Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry (Department of Industrial Development) No. S.O, 840(E)/18A'/IDRA/77 dated the 15th December, 1977, namely :~

In the said Order under the heading "Members", Serial No. 2 and the

entry relating thereto shall be omitted.
