सा० का०नि० 562 (अ) भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग ) नियम, 1966 के नियम । के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 61 ) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त मणितयों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार सम्बन्धित राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) विनियम, 1966 मे श्रागे संशोधन करने के लिए एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन विनियमों का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पद संख्या का नियतन ) द्वितीय संशोधन विनियम , 1980 है ।
( 2 ) ये भारत के राजपत्त्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय वन सेवा ( संवर्ग पद-संख्या का मियतन ) विनियम, 1966 की अनुसूची में "गुजरात " तथा उनके अधीन उल्लिखित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, अर्थात्:--
(1) "गुजरात"

G.S.R. 562( E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( i ) of Section 3 of the All India Services Act , 1951 (61 of 1951 ) read with rule 4 of the Indian Forest Service ( Cadre) Rules , 1966 , the Central Goverment , in Consultation with the State Government concerned, hereby makes the following re- gulations further to amend the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966, namely :-
1. ( 1 ) These Regulations may be called the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Second Amendment Regu- lations , 1980 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Gazette of India .
2. In the Schedle to the Indian Forest Service ( Fixation of Cadre Strength) Regulations , 1966 , for the heading " Gujarat ' and the entries occurring thereunder , the following shall be substituted , namely :-

सा० फा० ति० 563 ( अ) -भारतीय वन सेवा (वेतन) नियम , 1968 के नियम 11 के साथ पठित अखिल भारतीय सेवा अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 61) की धारा 3 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार , मम्वन्धित राज्य सरकार के परामर्श से भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) नियम, 1968 में भागे संशोधन करने के लिए, एतदद्वारा निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:--
1. ( 1) इन नियमों का नाम भारतीय वन सेवा ( वेतन) द्वितीय संशोधन नियम, 1980 है ।
( 2) ये भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारतीय वन सेवा ( बेतन) नियम 1968 की अनुसूची III में :
"( i) "क- राज्य सरकारों के अधीन भारतीय वन सेवा के समय वेतनमान से ऊपर के वेतन वाले पद" शीर्षक के नीचे की तालिका में गुजरात के सामने कालम 2 तथा 3 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी, अर्थात्:--
