(Department of Induslilul Development) ORDER New Delhi, the 30lh September, 1980
S.O. 835(1£).—In extneise of the t'oweis conferred by Section 6 of the Indus- trial (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 uf 1951), read with rule 4 ot the Development Councils (Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments to the notification of the Government of India, Ministiy of Ijuhistry (Dcpnrtment of InJustrinl Development) No. S.O. 110(E), dated the 24th February, 1979, published in the Gazette, Extra- ordinary, Part, II, Section 3 Sub-Section (ii) : —
I. At page 197, for item No : 1, Ihc following shall be substituted, :—
"1, Secretary, Department of Textiles, Ministiy of Commerce, New
Delhi,"
II. At para 2, the following shall be substituted : —
"2. In pursuance of clause Ic) of rule 2 ol the Development Councils ("Procedural) Rules, 1952, the Central Government hereby appoints Joint Secretary, Department of Textiles, Ministry of Commerce, New Delhi, to carry on the functions of Secretary to the Develop- ment Council."
