S.O. 843(EX—In exercise of the power's conferred by sub-seciion (2) of section 9 of the Maruti Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Ordinance, 1980 (13 of 19H0), the Central Government heieby appoints, with effect from the appointed day arid until 1'urlher oidcis, Shri M.C. Gupta, Joint Secretary in the Department of Heavy Industry, as the Custodian of the Under- takings of Maruti Limited, having its rcgis ered office tit P;ilam-Gurgaon Road, Gurgaon (Haryana), which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Ordinance.
