MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND BROADCASTING

NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 16th October, 1980

No 14/9/80-Prets.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3 of the Commission of Inquiry Act, 1952, (60 of 1952), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Justice A. N, Mulla and Shri Prem Chand Verma as members of the Press Commission, and makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Information and Broad- casting No. 2/1/77-Press, dated the 29th May, 1978, namely :—

In the said notification,—

(i) for serial number 9 and the entry relating thereto, the following serial

number and entry shall be substituted, namely ;—

"9. Shri Prem Chand Verma Member",

Cii) after serial number 11 and the entry relating thereto the following serial

number and entry shall be inserted, namely :—

"12. Shri Justice A. N. Mulla Member.".
