NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th October, 1980
S.O. 856(E).—Tn exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of section 6 of the Hind Cycles Limited and Sen-Raleigh Limited (Nationalisation) Ordinance, 1980 (16 of 1980), the Central Government hereby directs thai the undertakings of Messrs. Sen-Raleigh Limited, Sen and Pandit Industries Limited, Ancillary Industries (Lufis) Private Limited, Ancillary Industries (Forgings) Private Limited, Ancillary Industries (Cranks) Private Limited and Naokhali Machine Took Limited, all having their registered offices at 1, Middleton Street, Calcutta and the right title and interest of the said com- panies in relation to their respective undertakings which have vested in the Central Government under section 3 of the said Ordinance, shall, instead of continuing to vest in the Central Government, vesti in the Government company known as the Cycle Corporation of India Limited with effect from the 25th October, 1980.
