NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th October, 1980
S.O. 857(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 cf the Employees' State Insuiance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948), the Central Government hereby appoints the 26lh day of October, 1980 as the date on which the riovisions of Chapter IV (except section 44 and 45 which have already been brought into force) ami Crnpteis V and VI (except sub-section (!) of section 76 and sections 77, 78, 79 and 81 which have already been brought into force) of the said Act shall come in.o force in the following areas in the State of Rajaslhan, namely :—
"The areas comprising Vishwakarma Industrial area within the limits of tiie revenue villages of Bidp= pad, Mahapura, Kukerkheda in Tehsil .lafpui, District Jaipur and revenue villages of Harmada, Budarna in Tehsil Amber, District Jaipur".
