S.O. No. 866(E)/18AA/IDRA/80 In exercise of the powers conferred by section 18AA of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951) and in partial modification of the Order of the Government of India in the Ministry of Industry No. S.O. 567(E) dated the 25th September, 1978, the Central Government hereby authorises with immediate effect Shri K. M. Banerjee, Deputy General Manager, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, Calcutta to take over the management of Messrs. Motor and Machinery Manu- facturers Limited, Calcutta.
