का . आ . 867 (अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 ( 1955 का 10) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निदेश दोती है कि उक्तं अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप धारा (2) के खण्ड (घ) तथा (च ) के अधीन , उससे उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में विनिर्दिष्ट किस्मों के किसी पशु चारे की बाबत आदेश करने की शक्ति का प्रयोग , उस राज्य में राजस्थान राज्य की सरकार द्वारा भी किया जायेगा ।
यह आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख से प्रारम्भ होकर 30अप्रैल , 1981 को समाप्त होने वाली अवधि के लिए प्रवृत्त रहेगा ।

ORDER
New Delhi , the 27th October , 1980
S.O. 867 (E ) .-In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Essential Commodities Act , 1955 ( 10 of 1955 ) the Central Government hereby directs that the power to make orders under clauses ( d) and ( f ) of sub -section (2) of Section 3 of the said Act shall , in relation to the cattle fodder of any of the varieties specified in the Schedule hereto annexed , be exercisable also by the Government of the State of Rajasthan in that State :
This order shall remain in force for the period commencing from the date of its publication in the Gazette of India and ending with the 30th day of April , 1981.
SCHEDULE
Varieties of Cattle Fodder
1. Hay and Grass ,
2. Gowar including all its derivatives but excluding Gowar Gum which is not fodder .
