SUBJECT : Determination of quotas for export of certain fabrics and/or made-up items made from cotton, wool and man-made Fibres to USA, EEC Member States, Norway, Finland, Austria and Canada from 1-1-1981 to 31-12-1981 under the 'Past Performance Scheme1,
F. No, 2/55/80-El.—Attention is invited to the Ministry of Commerce, Export Trade Control Public Notice No, 66-ETC(PN)/80 dated 23rd September, 1980, read with Public Notice No. 71-ETC(PN)/80 dated the 25th October, 1980 on the above subject.
2. In terms of paragraph 2 of Public Notice No. 66-ETC(PN)/80 dated the 23rd September, 1980, the intending exports of fabrics and madt-up items of cotton, wool and man-made fibres desiring to apply for allotment of quota on the basis of 'past performance' were required to submit their appli- i ations, complete in all respects to the office of the Chief Controller of Impoits and Exports, Udyog Bhavan, New Delhi, by ihe 30ili October, 1980. at the latest. The last date for receipt of these applications is hereby extend- ed upto 15th of November, 1980. The applications received in the office of the Chief Controller of Imports and Exports, New Delhi, after 15-11-1980, will be summarily rejected and no correspondence n this legard will be entertained.
3. All other terms and conditions of the said Public Notices remain
unchanged.
