EXPORT TRADE CONTROL
S.O. 876(E)/No. E(QO, 1977/AMU86).—In exercise of th" power* confer- red by Section 3 of the Imports and Exports (Control) Act, 1947 (18 of 1947), the Central Government hereby makej the following order further to amend the Exports (Control) Order, 1977, namely :—
1. This Order may be called the Exports (Control) Forty-second Amend-
ment Order, 1980.
2. In the Exports (Control) Order, 1977—
(i) In Part 'B', Schedule I, the existing entry appearing against SI. No.
55(i), shall be substituted by the following :—
"55(i") Exposed cinematographic fitaw (feature and non-feature), in- cluding sale of video rights of Indian feature films, except 8 mm and 16 mm non-feature films not exceeding 120 metres in length."
(ii) In OGL. 4, the existing entry appearing in Col. 2 against SI. No. 17fi)
shall be substituted by the following :—
"17(1) Exposed Cinematographic films (feature films) including sale of
video rights of Indian feature films"
