23?.65 S.O. 8W(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sections 18-G a"d 25 of tha Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), ths Central Government hereby makes the following order further to amend the Cement Control Order,
1967, namely :—

For cement produced from clinker transferred from oihjr cement units of the same producer or purchased from other cemsnt companies, retention prices will be regularised in terms of guidelines notified vide No. 1-34/79-Cem. dated the 18th November, 1980.
